Individual - Team Member Final Evaluations

Individual - Team Member Final Evaluations

Q This is the form you'll use to evaluate yourself and your team members. 1. You will evaluate your teammates and assign up to 75 points. 2. I will calculate the average of scores assigned by the team. 3. The student will receive the average from his/her team plus up to 25 points for quality of individual work in completing the team member assessments for the rest of the team. 4. To earn the full 25 points, you must provide insightful and adquate comments about each team member to justify his/her scores. 5. Assigning a high number of points to each team-mate with short phrases such as "great teammate" or "always does his fair share" will not suffice. 75 points converted to ECU Grade Scale 75 100.0% A 74 98.7% A 73 97.3% A 72 96.0% A 71 94.7% A 70 93.3% A- 69 92.0% A- 68 90.7% A- 67 89.3% B+ 66 88.0% B+ 65 86.7% B+ 64 85.3% B 63 84.0% B 62 82.7% B- 61 81.3% B- 60 80.0% B- 59 78.7% C+ 58 77.3% C+ 57 76.0% C+ 56 74.7% C 55 73.3% C- 54 72.0% C- 53 70.7% C- 52 69.3% D+ 51 68.0% D+ 50 66.7% D+ 49 65.3% D 48 64.0% D 47 62.7% D- 46 61.3% D- 45 60.0% D- 44 58.7% F 43 57.3% F 42 56.0% F 41 54.7% F 40 53.3% F 39 52.0% F 38 50.7% F 37 49.3% F 36 48.0% F 35 46.7% F 34 45.3% F 33 44.0% F 32 42.7% F 31 41.3% F 30 40.0% F 29 38.7% F 28 37.3% F 27 36.0% F 26 34.7% F 25 33.3% F 24 32.0% F 23 30.7% F 22 29.3% F 21 28.0% F 20 26.7% F 19 25.3% F 18 24.0% F 17 22.7% F 16 21.3% F 15 20.0% F 14 18.7% F 13 17.3% F 12 16.0% F 11 14.7% F 10 13.3% F 9 12.0% F 8 10.7% F 7 9.3% F 6 8.0% F 5 6.7% F 4 5.3% F 3 4.0% F 2 2.7% F 1 1.3% F 0 0.0% F Teammate name: Comments on Individual Attributes: Contribution to team discussions & meetings 4.5 Chris was generally on time, mentally present, and involved in most of our meetings.
